Shipping

We ship all orders across Australia from our base in Australia. All prices on our site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification when it's on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Couch Potato kit. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Change of mind

As our kits are handpacked to order, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened items. If your item is unopened and in original condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your options.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
